Seller: Uriel Quintana
( Caliber Kennels )
Contact number:
Parties involved:
Seller - Caliber Kennels
Buyer -
Agreement Terms:
1. Seller's Responsibilities:
The seller guarantees to provide a healthy puppy to the buyer. This includes ensuring that your puppy is free of Distemper, Parvo, Para-influenza, and any life-threatening genetic defects. Your puppy will be de-wormed four times before reaching eight weeks of age and will also receive all their necessary vaccinations before reaching eight weeks of age and are ready to go to their new homes. Our first de-worming process starts at 2 weeks of age and will continue every 2 weeks until the pups go home. De-worming every 2 weeks helps prevent infestation and promotes a healthy growing companion.
2. Buyers Responsibilities:
Upon receiving the puppy, the buyer is required to promptly take their new companion to a Veterinary Clinic within 48 hours for a comprehensive examination. In the event that any illnesses or genetic defects are detected during the examination, the seller has the right to seek a second opinion from another veterinary clinic if necessary. The buyer agrees to provide a secure and nurturing environment for the puppy, ensuring that it will not be utilized for any form of illegal activities or mistreatment. Should the buyer be found using the puppy for illegal activities or if the puppy is discovered in a shelter or rescue facility, the seller retains the right to reclaim ownership of the puppy without any refunds being issued. Furthermore, if the puppy is found in illegal activities, such as dog fighting, the seller will pursue legal action and hold the buyer accountable for any associated legal fees.
3. Puppy Return and Ownership:
In the event that the buyer becomes incapable or unwilling to provide the proper care for their puppy at any point, the seller has the right to reclaim complete ownership of the puppy. Consequently, the buyer will relinquish all rights and any payments made to the seller.
It is important to highlight that the seller is strongly committed to preventing any puppies from being placed in shelters or falling into the hands of unethical breeders.
4. Payment Methods, deposits, and refunds:
Payments can be made through a bank-to-bank wire transfer or cash. PayPal and CashApp are acceptable in some occasions. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure your commitment to our program and your new companion a $3,000 deposit is needed to solidify your reservation. Our clients are entitled to a full refund if the dam of your new companion is not pregnant upon her ultrasound, or if your new companion is “non-existing” ( ex; if you want a 1st pick male, and the litter has only females - you’re entitled to a refund ). If neither of those two examples fit any of your situation for inquiring about a refund, please remember that your $3,000 deposit can be transferred to another litter.
5. Hip and Elbow Dysplasia:
The seller and their kennel do not provide a guarantee against the production of puppies with Hip or Elbow Dysplasia, as these conditions can be influenced by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Despite the seller’s commitment to not breeding dogs with these conditions, it is important to acknowledge that ensuring perfect hips in these oversized dogs cannot be guaranteed. The buyer acknowledges and accepts this inherent risk when purchasing one of these dogs.
6. Ear cropping:
The seller requires ear cropping for every production sold with breeding rights. The cost of this procedure is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
